Our treatments are given with an anti-oppressive lens, ensuring a trauma-informed and client-centered approach. We specialize in integrating body-based healing practices like Reiki, meditation, breathwork, and grounding techniques to help clients release trauma stored in the body.

We offer both in-person and online services, to support lasting healing and growth.

I am dedicated to helping individuals, relationship and families navigate life’s challenges. I support clients struggling with many different issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, addiction and major life transitions. I work with an anti-oppressive lens, ensuring a trauma-informed and client-centered approach.

I currently work with Indigenous children and families who have experienced sexual abuse and intergenerational trauma. I am a First Nations Health Authority provider.

I use Mindfulness-based stress reduction, Art therapy, Play therapy, CBT, DBT, and Reiki (I am a Reiki Master/Teacher).
