Here at Bee Here Counselling and Therapy we are dedicated to helping individuals, relationships and families navigate life’s challenges. We support clients struggling with many different issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, addiction, and major life transitions.
Our treatments are given with an anti-oppressive lens, ensuring a trauma-informed and client-centered approach. We specialize in integrating body-based healing practices like Reiki, meditation, breathwork, and grounding techniques to help clients release trauma stored in the body.
We offer both in-person and online services, to support lasting healing and growth.

I am dedicated to helping individuals, relationship and families navigate life’s challenges. I support clients struggling with many different issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, addiction and major life transitions. I work with an anti-oppressive lens, ensuring a trauma-informed and client-centered approach.
I currently work with Indigenous children and families who have experienced sexual abuse and intergenerational trauma. I am a First Nations Health Authority provider.
I use Mindfulness-based stress reduction, Art therapy, Play therapy, CBT, DBT, and Reiki (I am a Reiki Master/Teacher).
